- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships across sectors/geographies for new leads
- Accountable to meet monthly sales target
- Be the key contact person for new clients and maintain an ongoing conversation
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Build & grow good networking contacts in the industry
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various agencies, Brands & services to Pitch our offerings
- Answers questions from clients about service benefits & maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service
Primary KPI::
- Costing & budgeting according to allocation of resources for manpower, pre production, production & post production
- Prepare proposals & Independently plan & attend meetings.
- Sales Planning.
- Monthly Target plans & strategies to achieve the same.
- Selling to Customer Needs
- Determine production size and content & plan project cycle
- Perform administrative work (answering phones, paperwork etc.)
- Physical strength and stamina
- Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives

- Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast paced technology-oriented environment
- Verbal and written communication, interpersonal, sales-customer service, prioritization, organizational, managerial, and analytical skills.

Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Film, Communications, Advertising, Media or Sales/Marketing related field with good written/verbal skills.
- 2-5 years of business development & sales experience In PR, Media, Digital communications agencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
